POTABLE WATER QUALITY TESTING

Drinking water quality testing is available to determine compliance with the Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines.  A standardized package includes microbiological, metals, turbidity and general water chemistry.

Of particular concern in recent years is lead. Lead is usually found in drinking water as a result of leaching from distribution and plumbing system components. Historically, lead has been used extensively in service lines, solders and fittings, making its presence in drinking water more likely in older facilities and neighbourhoods. As an employer, we can help you assess the quality of your drinking water, determine remediation measures and develop a sampling protocol for routine monitoring.
